    I know that the number system they used are not the one used today. But the concept of trapezoids were comprehended. Measurement though the science of geometry was done by the ancient Babylonians. But modern science is more applied in everyday life in sciences from computers to electronic switches ect... The ancient Babylonians used geometry for simpler applications like calendars, time ect...
