Indeed. I enjoyed it very much.

    Whatever became of the CSCS?

    I know, right? Pretty sketchy.

Their site has been that way for over a year.

    1. Study the Bible for personal devotion.

Psalms 119:9-16 - "Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes. With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways. I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word."

    2. Spend time in the Bible to know God and yourself.

Proverbs 1:7 - "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction."

Hebrews 4:12 - "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

    3. Structure a setting for family Bible study.

Deuteronomy 6:6-7 - "And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up."

    4. Stand on the Bible in times of warfare.

Ephesians 6:10-18 - "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;"

    5. Search the Bible to know God's will for you.

Romans 12:1-2 - "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

    6. Surrender your life to the Bible's Commandments.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 - "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man."

James 1:22 - "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."

I haven't the faintest. I've heard that VS Herrell was once a cop.

Read the July Issue of the New Ensign here: http://newensign.christsassembly.com/

The May Issue is devoted to the 400th Anniversary of the King James Bible!

    My vote is for yes!

I'm pretty certain Yahveh -- who created the entire world and knows every hair on our heads -- can preserve his Bible the way he intends it to be. Most of the Judeos use the NIV or NAS if they read the Bible at all. Quite telling methinks.
