    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Self-Defense Techniques

This should come in real handy if ever the Pope of CI turns up at your place with his 10000 warlords to exact revenge on you for calling him Marty. Alternatively, you can banish him and his sanguinary army in an instant by saying the magic words "Pastor Morris Gullet".

Brazilian jiu-jitsu has turned the martial arts world upside down by emphasizing real-life situations and results over the dramatic kicks and throws of formal competition, making it also one of the most effective self-defense techniques for non-athletes. This guide to the self-defense techniques taught in the classes of Royce Gracie, one of the biggest figures in the world of jiu-jitsu, provides lessons that anyone regardless of strength or size can learn to neutralize an attacker in seconds. It offers a variety of defenses to use against knife and gun attacks, as well as escapes from headlocks, choke holds, and other situations that attackers use on the street. Advice on practicing and falling and rolling make this book the next best thing to taking the classes that are popular with the United States military, police academies, and women's self-defense schools.

Don't shoot me for saying this but the single most effective martial art was invented by a jew named Imi Lichtenfeld and is called Krav Maga (contact combat). It is a purely combat system with none of the "art" features of other styles. Let me explain, most martial arts stress form, which means only doing things the way they think is right, if your kick didn't have proper form then you did it wrong in their eyes. In Krav Maga if it had the desired effect you did it right. It is a 100% combat style. The only problem is that most of the instructors and all of the master instructors are jews.

I also like the Krav Maga fighting style. I think such style of fighting is better for actual survival than things such as Jiu Jitsu, which is more for sports fighting in controlled environments than anything else ... although it can still be somewhat useful. You also need to learn how to fight with weapons and how to fight opponents with weapons, which is not really an area covered by fighting styles meant for sport.

We need to know how to incapasitate, break bones and KILL. I was subscribed to this guy's website for a while but I never bought any of his stuff...

Also, check out the 'Russian Systema' style, which I am considering training in...

I studied for the majority of my life under Jack Hogan in Jacksonville, Fl. The emphasis was on pressure points and joint attacks. You didn't really learn the real effective stuff until you had proven disciplined and mature enough to handle it. There are several points on the body that, when struck, will not only incapacitate the enemy, but also cause internal damage, i.e. sudden bowel release, urinary disfunction, vomiting, and other symptoms which occur as much as 2-3 days later. I know many people consider 'ki' or 'chi' hocus pocus crap, but it is very real and after studying these principles, could be applied to ANY fighting style and prove effective. Unfortunately, the grandmaster of the school, George Dillman, (who looks like a jew) was labled a hoax by mainstream media when Discovery TV did a special on martial arts, and he performed a 'no touch knockout'. This reduced the Dillman Theory schools' credibility substantially. I have my own doubts regarding this as well, but the full contact strike points are superbly effective.

I have Louie Theroux's box set. I found it at a pawn shop.

From the Weird Weekends series, the best segments are Survivalists, Televangelists and Black Nationalists.

Then there's "Louis And The Nazis" but that was just a BBC special.

You can learn a lot about a jew just by watching them.

Theroux does shows on everything from porn stars and swingers to UFO freaks and tv preachers. Of all this slop he's entrenched himself in, the worst of all these vices is being "racist." The Louis and the Nazis show is classic because it shows how stupid some Creatards can be not knowing who's who or who's a jew. Fred Phelps and Richard Butler both recognized Louie as a jew and avoided him like the tare he is. Naturally, they were both edited to appear as the scum of the earth, far below homosexuals and the like.

Louis is a true-blue jew through and through, still some of the segments on the Aryan Nations/CJCC in Hayden Lake are ironically historical now. Thanks for that, Lou - I suppose.
