    Florida "antisemitism" Bill for schools

    HB741

The bill prohibits discrimination on the basis of religion in the K-20 public school system. Additionally, the bill requires public K-20 educational institutions to treat discrimination “by students or employees or resulting from institutional policies motivated by anti-Semitic intent in an identical manner to discrimination motivated by race.” The bill provides that, for the purposes of the anti-Semitism provision, anti-Semitism includes:

A certain perception of the Jewish people, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jewish people.
Rhetorical and physical manifestations of anti-Semitism directed toward a person, his or her property, or toward Jewish community institutions or religious facilities.
The bill also provides many examples of anti-Semitism, including:

Calling for, aiding, or justifying the killing or harming of Jews, often in the name of a radical ideology or an extremist view of religion.
Accusing Jews as a people or the State of Israel of inventing or exaggerating the Holocaust.
Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interest of their own nations.
The bill also provides that examples of anti-Semitism related to Israel include:

Applying a double standard to Israel by requiring behavior of Israel that is not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation, or focusing peace or human rights investigations only on Israel.
Delegitimizing Israel by denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination and denying Israel the right to exist.
If approved by the Governor, these provisions take effect upon becoming law.

    Vote: Senate 40-0; House 114-0

I think the situation of defamation is in reverse. Whites are stolen of Identity, privacy and dignity. Organized Jewry and their schemes to give the third or fourth world payoffs to rob steal, kill and destroy is the real discrimination.
Very sad Whites are not thought of by organized government without schemes of chaos and division directed at us..

Under the 14th. amendment to the United States Constitution all Americans are suppose to be equal under the law. When laws are passed that gives special protections or privileges to a certain group its causes divisions among peoples of a diverse nation and in my opinion that is what some want.

Ron DeSantis signs bill banning anti-Semitism in schools

JERUSALEM — Gov. Ron DeSantis signed legislation Wednesday in Jerusalem banning anti-Semitism in Florida’s public schools.

The legislation was effective upon signing, the first bill in Florida history signed on foreign soil.

Every single member voted for this without a no vote,” Fine said, “because of the men and women they are.

DeSantis noted that there was “uniform agreement” in standing against anti-Semitism.

“Whatever the policy is regarding race, [schools] have to treat anti-Semitism the same way,” regarding such content in classrooms.

Fine also noted the bill does not ban criticism of Israel, but “when you single out Israel … or use anti-Semitic quotes, that is anti-Semitic.”

Holocaust denial is another example of anti-Semitism: “What interest does a Florida education institution have in hiring somebody who denies the Holocaust,” the Governor added.

Lawmakers passed the bill (HB 741) unanimously last month and sent it to DeSantis’ desk last week. He has long been expected to sign the bill during the Israel trip.

There are 700,000 Jews in Florida.

Well now, isn't that amazing. Another politician selling out the Constitution for the sake of a voting block. That's not the way a Republic is suppose to work.
