Theory of being over run by the so called minorities in the USA

Any theories, Ideas, points of view about our people being so slow into being resolute about stopping white genocide.
My theory is that our joo run education system, media, economic structure has successfully put our people in a state of frustration. The mind set to respond is to act only in a state of emergency like a clear open borders policy of recent years or in Europe a migrant crisis. Why so long to notice??????
